Quality of Service

It is important to Heartland Ag that we provide extraordinary service. Please advise us if any aspect of the process involving your order is not satisfactory. All orders received "in season" during posted business hours for a product in stock will be shipped same day. If you know of any way we can serve your business better, please let us know.

Return Policy

All merchandise returned to Heartland Ag for credit must be accompanied by an approved Returned Good Authorization along with a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. Only parts purchased from Heartland Ag may be returned for credit. All returns must be in new condition, free from dirt, chemicals and oil. Only parts purchased within 90 days are eligible for return. Non-stock parts are non-returnable without approval of the parts manager. Upon approval, all non-stock parts will be assessed a 30 percent re-stocking fee. Electrical parts and components are not returnable.

Shipping

United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, etc. will be shipped with freight prepaid. All freight, packing and handling charges will be billed to the customer. Other forms of delivery, such as common carrier, will be shipped Collect unless indicated differently. All orders signed for by a customer representative will be assumed to be complete orders. Orders shipped directly to customer from vendor shall be subject to any additional cost to Heartland Ag.

Claims and Shortages

Please check shipments upon receipt, noting any damage when signing for your shipment. Do not return damaged goods to Heartland Ag. Save all packing materials. Notify the transportation company immediately. Company involved should handle picking up goods for inspection and settlement of your claim. Heartland Ag's parts department will assist you when filing claims if necessary, however, we are not directly involved in the process, as liability of the shipment falls to the carrier. If there is a shortage discovered when inspecting an order upon receipt, Heartland Ag should be notified immediately. Shortages should be reported to Heartland Ag within 48 hours of receipt.

Pricing Policy

All pricing is subject to change without notice or obligation. Orders will be processed with the price in effect on the date of shipment. To confirm pricing, call Heartland Ag. All prices are subject to applicable federal or state tax. Exemption is by a signed agricultural exemption or resale exemption certificate only, which must be on file with Heartland Ag at the time of order. All pricing is FOB Shipping Point.
