Capstan Ag's first major solution for ag chemical and liquid fertilizer application is our Synchro system, now known as AIM Command when factory installed by CaseIH. AIM Command enables operators to expand their speed envelope to 6:1 while maintaining constant pressure and application rate, among other features. Since the system's introduction in 1996, AIM Command is currently OEM installed on over 60% of CaseIH sprayers and account for approximately 100 millions acres sprayed annually.

A retrofit, simplified version of AIM Command, SharpShooter®, is increasingly found across America and Canada on major brands of commercial sprayers including AgChem, John Deere, Apache, Miller, Hagie and Spra Coupe.

NJect® and NJect® LF are, respectively, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer application technologies that enhance performance on toolbars, planters, and air seeders at locations in Canada, the Midwest and the Southern United States.

Ag Chemical Application

AIM Command

AIM Command uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology as a simple, clever way to retain both a set rate and a set pressure whenever a speed change requires a change in the liquid flow.  The PWM instantaneously does so by automatically changing the effective tip orifice size.  This coordinated rate and pressure control is possible through as much as a 6:1 speed range combined with up to a ...

SharpShooter® for AG

Ag Fertilizer Application

NJect LF

NJect LF technology uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology as a simple, clever way to change the flow through an orifice as if the orifice size could be changed "on-the-go".  It responds as needed up to a 25:1 range of rate for a variable rate map prescription. The liquid fertilizer is pumped to the input of the distribution manifold.  Side-by-side flow indicators distribute...
