The Layco Horizontal/Vertical Blender features the only design in the industry with a split vertical tube for easy cleaning. It also has a low horsepower requirement. Units are available in 6-, 8-, and 10-ton capacities. 

6-Ton

• 12-gauge stainless steel tank and cone
• 3/16" stainless steel legs and bracing
• Stainless steel dome top
• Stainless steel hopper 50-degree cone
• Mild steel screen

• 12" intake auger with 5 HP motor, C-face mount to gearbox
• 18" blending auger with 15 HP motor, C-face mount to gearbox
• 1 1/2" drive shaft in 12" auger
• 2 7/16" drive shaft in 18" auger
• 1 15/16" 4-bolt bearing on blending auger
• 2" hanger bearings on feed-in auger
• S-beam load cell and isolators
• Digital indicator
• 175 RPM auger speed
