The Layco Lime Loader is available in both 24" and 30" belt width with capacities from 4 to 7 1/2 tons per minutes of lime. It has diesel power with hydraulic drive and lift, 35 degree troughing idlers on 4 foot centers and heavy duty tubular undercarriage.
The Layco Field Loader conveyor is designed for quick, efficient transfer of dry bulk commodities. Its heavy-duty undercarriage and conveyor frame meet the challenge of conveying lime or fertilizer in the field. Available in various lengths in mild or stainless steel, the Layco Field Loader is totally self-contained with engine/hydraulic drive.
Layco's Power Brush option is a device attached at the end of the conveyor, which is designed to clean the belt and help eliminate carry-back of material.
This Layco option for portable or stationary conveyors creates a sealed connection that eliminates spillage of product onto the warehouse roof. It is a 12-inch diameter flexible stainless pipe with a roof hatch enclosure which connects the discharge end of the conveyor to a specially designed and enclosed deflector system. When it is in place, it totally seals the roof and conveyor.
Layco's Adjustable Dust Check, located at the discharge end of the conveyor, is designed to keep the dust from escaping when loading lower trucks, spreaders and tenders.
