In July 2022, Heartland AG Systems was acquired by Titan Machinery, a leading network of full-service agricultural and construction equipment dealerships with headquarters in Fargo, ND. The combined resources of Titan Machinery and Heartland AG Systems provides unmatched access to the parts, service, technology and equipment that are vital to the commercial application and traditional agricultural producer. Working together as a team, we are now able to offer our commercial application customers access to packages of equipment including tractors, tillage, and construction equipment in addition to increased parts and service coverage from the existing network of Titan Machinery dealership locations. Likewise, our traditional farmer-growers will benefit from increased access to SP sprayers and commercial application equipment as well as additional parts inventories carried by the Heartland dealership locations.
